this is a self portriat i drew in pencil then scanned, colourized, and expanded on. I then printed it and did another layer with ink before rescanning. The backround is an urban skyline and if studied closely you can see forced perspective streets and citizens's below - The towers are also disembodied fingers pointing endlessly to the heavens as if to sugest a continuious preassure to achieve.
Dusk clearly invites more worldly pursuits in the cluttered streets. this is the second of a pair of self portraits that face inwards exposing my dualistic nature. This is a variation on the second work in this pair. this represents passion/compassion/exploration my emotive self.
